Terms and conditions of booking with Northumberland Cottage
Where no advance booking has been made payment may be required in advance.A deposit of approx 20% will be taken on all offline bookings and the balance to be paid on day of departure. Online bookings made thro eviivo will be paid in full at time of booking, bookings made thro late rooms will pay on departure please note we do not accept card payment at the property cash or cheque only as with any other offline bookings.
Rooms are made available from 2pm each day and we like the rooms vacated at 10am on day of departure however I can be flexible if required given reasonable notice.
A strict non smoking policy is operated within the whole premises Multiple same sex bookings ie stag or hen night celebrations will not be taken and an abuse of this term will lead to the immediate cancellation of your booking before or even on arrival with no refund.

Any special offer which is being offered thro out the year will comply with the terms set out here Special offers do not apply over bank holiday weekends
Privacy
Personal information supplied by you to Northumberland Cottage will not be given out to any 3rd party without your specific permission.
Cancellation
If in the event that you have to cancel your booking a full refund will be given to you if you cancel with over 48 hrs advance notice under 48 hrs unfortunately we cannot refund at all.
