Amble Amble
Amble is Northumberland's most important fishing centre north of the Tyne. Located at the mouth of the River Coquet, it has grown through the development of its harbour and award winning marina. The marina, with 270 berths, offers excellent facilities attracts sailing enthusiasts throughout the year. There are walks to Warkworth which is about 1 mile away along the River Coquet. There is also a walk to Hauxley along the coast with great views of Coquet Island. Amble is within 20 minutes of Northumberland Cottage.
